Infant Car Seat Headrest Insert

A friend of mine needed an insert for her infant daughter’s car seat. The plastic one that came with the car seat caused her daughter to sweat all the time. I created this headrest from a quilted cotton fabric using the plastic one as a pattern. It works great and “Dani” is a happy little girl.

Baby Diva Lilac Nursery

This baby’s mom had most of her nursery purchased already and just needed a few items to tie it all together. I made a beautiful diaper bag of lilac satin and a matching quilt. (There was also a window treatment, no photo available). 

Sweet dreams!

I made this beautiful christening gown from my sister's wedding dress for her first grand baby. By the way, I made the original wedding dress for my sister and hesitated to cut into it when she came to me with the idea. After finishing the gown I told her I had enough fabric to make two or three more, hint, hint!!

Miss Olivia slept through the entire ceremony, but we have memories to keep forever!

Wedding Dress Bustle

Bustle your wedding gown and enjoy an evening of care free dancing without the hassles of stepping on your dress. The bustle on this dress took eight attachments to bring it up off the floor. I also shortened the dress hem by detaching the lace trim and replacing it by hand.

The mother of the bride said it was a beautiful wedding and her daughter made a beautiful bride!
